FIT (Functional Interval Training) is our own brand of a very unique non-barbell CrossFit endurance class. Constantly moving and with little rest in between several WODs, this class is designed to increase your stamina and motor with body weight exercises and light equipment use in which you select your own weight (Kettlebell, Dumbbell, etc).
